Refined Sport-Tuned Suspension System:
The RX-8’s flat cornering and tenacious
handling get even better—thanks to an advanced,
multilink rear suspension with compliance toe and
camber controls featuring improved geometry. Up
front, the RX-8’s race-proven, double-wishbone,
independent front suspension system utilizes
forged-aluminum upper and lower control arms for
their ideal combination of high strength and light
weight.
Four-Wheel
Ventilated Disc Brakes:
For consistently linear, fade-resistant stops, every
RX-8 is fitted with power-assisted, 4-wheel
ventilated disc brakes— including massive 12.7-inch
front rotors. To help assure short stopping
distances, an Anti-lock Brake System with Electronic
Brakeforce Distribution is also standard.

to the pavement.
